EGO: People act like Ego is a bad thing. If you have a Big Ego, you have a healthy self esteem. Ego is a person's idea of his or her own importance or value. People with big Egos usually have strong ambition and a huge desire to succeed. Havind a big ego does not make you egotistical. A big ego only means you have a developed level of self esteem.
Let me clarify this, Egotists are insecure people who are attempting to cover up their own suspicion that they are not quite as good as other people by pretending that they are more important. People with very high level of self esteem do not need to determine their self worth by comparing themselves, either publicly or in their own minds with others. Your self esteem makes you know what you're worth in the "Money Market".

NETWORK: When you network, you give and you receive. Just by getting yourself out there and connecting with people you are moving your career forward. You are taling a step towards improving your financial value. You gain more information with others. The more information you have, the more power you have. Networking helps expand your knowledge about where you want to grow and puts you in the position to help others. With networking, you also find new leads, new ideas and new approaches that you didin't think of before. You are also sure to make great business contacts and connections.If you network a lot and you are good at it, you might make a great reputation for being a person people want to talk to and get to know. This will allow you to grow. Getting people on your side is like word of mouth advertising. These people will help spread good information about you and what your business ideas.

IDEA: You should have an idea of your business, looking at where you are now, where you want to be by a given date and how you intend to get there.
